IAP-X operates as a partner-based staffing service.
We provide staffing support only to child care centers that have completed onboarding and executed a service agreement with IAP-X.

Centers must be approved and active partners prior to requesting coverage.

1. Become an IAP-X Partner
   Centers complete onboarding and execute a service agreement prior to accessing staffing services.

2. Receive Your Membership Number
   Upon approval, each partner center is issued a unique IAP-X Membership Number.

3. Submit a Booking Request
   Booking requests are accepted 24/7 and require a valid membership number at the time of submission.

4. Prepayment Secures Coverage
   All approved booking requests are prepaid to ensure uninterrupted payroll and guaranteed deployment.

5. Qualified Educator Deployed
   A vetted, credentialed substitute educator is assigned and confirmed.

All approved partner centers begin with our Proactive Service – 90-Day Trial.

Trial Includes:

• Up to 40 staffed hours per month

• Certified, vetted substitute educators

• Digital compliance documentation

• Priority partner booking access

• 90-Minute Deployment SLA (during dispatch hours)

Centers approaching their monthly trial limit will be notified in advance and may elect early conversion to a paid membership plan to continue uninterrupted service.

• Hourly Rate: $45/hour (4-hour minimum per booking)

• Same-Day Rush Fee: $75 per booking (Trial Only)

• Membership Fee: Waived during the 90-Day Trial

All services are prepaid at the time of booking.

90-Day No-Closure Guarantee
If an active partner center is forced to close due to IAP-X’s inability to provide coverage during the 90-day trial period, the next month’s membership fee will be refunded upon conversion.
