Partner-Only Service Model

In A Pinch Workforce Systems (IAP-X) provides staffing services exclusively to child care centers that have executed a valid service agreement with IAP-X.
IAP-X does not accept or fulfill staffing requests from non-contracted centers.

Agreement to Terms
Each partner center is issued a unique IAP-X Membership Number upon approval.
A valid membership number is required to submit any booking request.
Booking requests submitted without a valid membership number will not be processed.

Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings must be prepaid prior to dispatch.
A 4-hour minimum applies to all assignments.
Same-day bookings incur a $75 rush fee per booking (Q1 only).
No educator will be dispatched without confirmed payment and verified membership status.

Early Membership Conversion
Deployment SLA
Limitation of Liability
All new partner centers are enrolled in the Proactive Service – 90-Day Trial.
Trial usage is capped at 40 staffed hours per month.
IAP-X will notify centers as they approach usage limits.
Dispatch beyond the trial cap requires early conversion to a paid membership plan.
Partner centers may elect to convert to a paid membership at any time during the trial period. Conversion must be confirmed prior to dispatch of any hours exceeding trial limits.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a scheduled assignment may be subject to partial or full charge.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Compliance & Documentation
The 90-Minute Deployment SLA applies to booking requests received during active dispatch hours.
Requests submitted outside dispatch hours will be fulfilled the following business day.
SLA applies only to active partner centers in good standing.
IAP-X provides digital compliance documentation for each assignment. Partner centers are responsible for ensuring alignment with licensing ratios and operational requirements.
IAP-X shall not be held liable for service interruptions or closures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, public emergencies, or inaccurate information provided by the partner center.
Submission of a booking request constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and confirms active partner status with IAP-X.
